Work composed of 9 framed photographs
This installation of 9 photographs is part of a series on post-industrial resilience, particularly through the example of the island of Mallorca, where I seek to show the process of natural and cultural reappropriation post Franco "balearization".
Note: We call "balearization" the commitment of the Balearic Islands to mass tourism decided by Franco's Minister of Tourism in the late sixties. The traces of mass tourism and in a certain way the modernization works of the island referring to Franco, it is a double question that this installation tackles: industrialization and dictatorship.
